from this year that we can use for our slideshow:

Pre-Festival for Advanced Band & Symphonic Band
Jazz Bands Festivals
Winter Guard Competitions
Percussion Ensemble Competitions
EEU Events & Fundraisers, etc
Please use these guidelines for best results:
Please title each photo with event name such as Holidayconcert_23/24
Image files as .jpg files at 300 dpi, when possible
Upload them to 2023-2024 Banquet Slideshow (All Photos)
or email your Zip drive to: president@ehseu.org
Not all photos may be used if there are duplicates or low quality for projection
Please have your media files submitted before May 31st! 

REMINDER TO SENIOR PARENTS(Separate email was sent) It’s very important to us! We do not want to leave your senior student out of the ‘Senior Slideshow’ at our EEU Band & Color Guard Awards Banquet. So please get those pictures in as well

EHS Graduation
Congratulations to the Class of 2024!
All other EEU students will be performing at the graduation.(no bus – please arrange for transportation to and from)

Concert and Jazz Band Camp Dates
Monday, June 17th – Thursday, June 20th
Concert Band Camp 8:00am – 10:00am
Jazz Band Camp 10:30am – 12:30pm

Marching Band Camp Dates
Freshman Band Camp
Friday, August 9th 9:00am-12:00pm

August 12th 8:00-10:00am EHS/EEU Registration
Marching Band Camp for ALL EEU Band/Color Guard
August 12th 10:00am – 12:00pm Band Rehearsal
August 13-23 – 8:30am-4:00pm
Please DO NOT schedule any other activities during this time.  It is expected that ALL students are at Band Camp during these two weeks.

Awards Banquet Opportunity Drawing Gift Baskets
Please see the above/attached flier and help donate to make our Section Baskets a success!  All you have to do is donate $10-$15 to your Section Leader and your donation will be used to purchase larger items for the Awards Banquet Gift Baskets.  
Please turn in all donations by Wednesday, May 22nd.
