SCPA Championship Prelims
Thursday, March 28 Rehearsal: 3:30 PM-6:30 PM
We will be loading at 6:30 PM after rehearsal, students are dismissed
when everything is loaded.

7:00 AM Call Time at Esperanza High School –
Dressed in performance attire
7:30 AM Depart from Esperanza –
PYLUSD Bus Transportation –
All Students MUST take the bus, no carpools.
8:44 AM Arrive at Coussoulis Arena, Lot H
8:54 AM Begin Unload and Push to Warm Up Zone D
9:34 AM Begin Warm Up
10:25 AM Break Down Equipment, take extras back to trailers.
10:34 AM Push to Tunnel
10:44 AM Ready to push into Arena (Pre-stage)
10:54 AM Perform
11:05 AM SCPA Ensemble Pictures
11:15 AM Push to trailers, load & lunch
Once all equipment is loaded, students are able to eat lunch that they
bring from home or purchase at concessions inside Arena. Trailers can
go back to Esperanza immediately, Bus must move to Lot N.
1:00 PM Meet in front of spectator parking structure.
1:15 PM Depart for Esperanza High School
2:15 PM Arrive at Esperanza and Unload
Students are dismissed when all equipment is put away into the band
room.
7:40 PM Awards Ceremony
Students are more than welcome to return to Coussoulis for awards,
but it is not mandatory.
