Dear EEU Members, Family and Friends,
Welcome to our 4th Annual Cow Chip Bingo Extravaganza!
We look forward to seeing all your smiling faces, on Saturday February 25, 2012 @ 11am, as we stand around and watch the cows…well um…watch the cows make their mark to support the EEU. In addition to watching cows we are going to have Chick-Fil-A there serving up chicken sandwiches to munch on.
Each student will receive a book of 10 tickets to sell (tickets are $5 each). Please sell the tickets to your family, friends, neighbors and coworkers. Write the supporters name, phone number and email on the ticket stub and give them the large portion of the ticket. The number on the ticket is the Bingo Square number they are hoping the cow will find with its, um, chip. Turn in the stubs, money and any unsold tickets to the “Everything Box” by Friday 2/17/2012
Total Prize Money $1,000 – Prizes are:
1st Plop $100 2nd Plop $250 3rd Plop $500
Students that sell the winning tickets will win $50 each.
The field (bingo card) is 100 feet by 100 feet. Each square foot (bingo square) of the field is assigned a number between ,0001 and 10,000. Tickets will also be numbered 0001 through 10,000. The location of each bingo square is randomly generated. The cow will drop its cow chip on a bingo square, the judges will measure the distance to the area where the cow chip is dropped. The measurement will then be looked up on the number grid to determine who bought that bingo square. If the Cow Chip lands on a line the square that has the largest amount of cow chip will be the winner. If the cow chip lands on a square that has not been sold, the judges will use the grid (facing field front) and go one square to the left and then up and around in a clockwise motion until a sold bingo square (winner) is identified. Ticket stubs and money must be turned in prior to the first plop, tickets turned in after the first plop will be disqualified. Winners do not to be present to win; winners will be notified by phone or email. The decisions of the judges are final.
Thank you for supporting the Esperanza Entertainment Unit!
