The EEU is responsible for the Snack Shack this year at the District Band Pageant on Wednesday November 2, 2011 (NOT the 12th). This is a great fundraiser that gets rotated between the 4 PYLUSD High Schools, so the EEU won’t get this fundraiser again until 2015 so let’s make the most of this opportunity.
We need 6 to 8 parents to work the snack shack and another 3 to help at the gates to take tickets. Ideally we want a parent who is familiar with the snack shack at Bradford and who may be familiar with running a snack shack to take the lead on this.
Menu – Real Simple: Water, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Hot Dogs, Nachos, Cheese Sauce, Misc Chips in a box (the kind you buy in bulk at Costco)
Other items – Crock Pots to melt cheese, Warmer for hot dogs, napkins, forks, spoons, knives, Ketchup, Mustard, Relish, paper plates, paper bowls for nachos, coffee pots, etc.
The event is less than 4 weeks away, please let us know as soon as possible how you would like to help at this event. All donations need to be delivered to the school no later than the Tuesday 11/1/11
